1. Non-refundable SaaS infrastructure
AxiomTrigger operates on a tiered monthly subscription model:
- Starter — $19.99/month
- Pro — $49.99/month
- Scale — $69.99/month
Subscription fees grant you access to our pure-signal algorithmic execution infrastructure and Order Management System. Upon remittance of subscription fees (paid via fiat or cryptocurrency), dedicated server instances are provisioned, continuous API polling channels are established, and 24/7 telemetry tracking commences immediately.
2. Exclusion of trading-loss compensation
AxiomTrigger furnishes the technological conduit; the User furnishes the speculative capital. The System operates deterministically based on raw market-data streams.
3. Chargeback fraud and blockchain payments
By accepting these terms, you explicitly waive your right to initiate arbitrary credit-card chargebacks or payment-gateway disputes for subscription fees claiming “services not rendered” if the system was operational. AxiomTrigger meticulously logs all API connections, WebSocket heartbeats, and trade telemetry. In the event of an unwarranted fiat chargeback, AxiomTrigger reserves the right to submit all telemetry logs, IP addresses, and digital signatures to the payment processor.
Subscriptions paid via cryptocurrency networks (e.g. ERC-20, TRC-20) are mathematically irreversible and final.
4. Infrastructure-downtime provisions
In the mathematically unlikely event of a catastrophic, sustained failure of the AxiomTrigger proprietary server infrastructure (explicitly excluding Binance downtime, API rate limiting, or AWS/Cloudflare outages), AxiomTrigger may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue prorated subscription credits applicable to subsequent billing cycles.
Cash or cryptocurrency refunds will not be issued for infrastructure downtime.
